Register for 24 hour collection of NHS prescriptions

Modern life is busy & many patients can struggle to get to the pharmacy within normal opening hours. Our pharmacy on Dovehouse Parade, Solihull provides a 24/7 self service machine that allows you to collect prescriptions at a time that suits you. 

Simply register with the pharmacy at our Solihull branch to dispense your regular repeat NHS prescriptions, ask to become a MedPoint collection patient and you will receive a text containing a QR code and a pin, when your prescription is ready to be collected.

• Increased convenience – Improved patient experience with reduced queues and access to prescription collection 24 hours a day.

The result will be given by the machine there and then and a pharmacist will go through the information with you about what that reading means and provide simple advice or a referral if the result is outside the normal range.

Community pharmacies delivered a record 4.8 million flu vaccinations last year alone, offering a quick and convenient alternative to visiting the GP. Our walk-in service can be used while you wait for your prescription. If you have a Flu Vaccination at Browns, the pharmacy will inform your GP so that your medical records can be updated.
